"Awful cs in pharmacy. Stopped in for my prescription to find out it wasn't filled said there was no refill left and didn't have new one. Went home called my dr office to find out it was sent to them 2 days prior. Called out to pharmacy and told them what the Dr said and she looked and found it laying on the desk not yet entered in. Worst place had problems several times with them."

"Horrible phone skills, not helpful. Zero knowledge as to why or how they charge what they do for deliveries. Could not explain why their copays are higher than other pharmacy’s accepting same insurance. I guess when they’re the only game in town, they don’t have to try."

"Absolute horrible service. Several times I've called and asked when my prescription would be filled and they've given me the wrong date!! I call in to get prescription filled by the date that they give me and they tell me I can fill it, then hours later when I go to pick it up they say prescription is too early. On top of that they called my doctor and told them I was trying to refill too soon as if I was an addict. I was only going by the days they gave me. Attitude is absolutely horrible. Every single person in that pharmacy has given me attitude when I have questions about my meds. Service is horribly slow and half of them do not know how to read the system to give correct refill date. Switching asap!!"
