"My fiancee had surgery and they sent her meds to the wrong rite aid. Fine that is understandable. So this rite aid says there is nothing they can do. So we call the one that the hospital sent the prescription to and they said that the grindstone location can just pull it up and move it over. So I have them call the grindstone location to correct the mixup and they did. Grindstone says it will be ready in an hour. So we wait in the parking lot for an hour while my fiancee is in pain due to the surgery. So she goes back inside to pick up her meds after an hour and they say it'll be another 45 mins because they couldn't find the medication in stock. So once again we are waiting in the parking lot for the pharmacy to pull their head out of their behind and do their job correctly. 30 mins to fix the bumbled mess of our dr and their incompetence of not knowing how to use their system 60 muns for them to tell us they don't know how to organize their medications for them to find. Additional 45 mins for them to fill a bottle full of medication. Grand total of 2 hours and 15 mins waiting on a pain killer to help a woman that gave birth 2 months ago and just came out of surgery. Also this is the pharmacy that we use all the time for her and our 2 boys medications. Not like this is our first time here. So in the end. Yes we just got out. They were down right rude and disrespectful. Just threw her prescription down on the counter, called her name and walked away. No instruction. Couldn't ask her if she understood the medication that was prescribed to her. We will be calling corporate tomorrow about this matter and I hope something is done about this"

"This Rite Aid in Brownsville is slow the pharmacy is always backed up and packed. There is polite employees in here but they are the slowest Rite Aid ever."
