"Went on Saturday around 4:30 because the online hours said open until 7. They weren’t in fact the were closed by 4. Came back the following day just for curtain bangs. There was one lady with a client and several in the back. She mentioned they would be out in a minute. After 15 minutes she went to check on the other stylists and a heavyset girl with dark hair said they were unavailable. They were having a meeting. I guess it was a private meeting because the stylist who was actually working on a Sunday at 1:10pm wasn’t part of the meeting. This was completely unprofessional treatment of a perspective client and I will NEVER take my daughter here again! Reading all the other reviews regarding the poor attitudes of the stylists in the Union Mill location makes me really wonder if the owner cares about their business. Word of mouth travels fast, and this place is getting multiple bad reviews. Time to manage your employees and teach them that without customers you have no business."

"Horrible experience. Kate is an unskilled and uneducated hair dresser. I have been going to Hair cuttery for years for touch ups. This was my first ever display of unprofessionalism. I was due for a root touch up. If I miss I use a temp wash in. However it never last. This time I put it in for about 5 mins and rinsed it out. I only use on the edges basically. However Kate who did not even touch my hair said she couldn’t do it. I told her I would sign the waiver. She still refused to do it and stated that she was uncomfortable. I have never had to deal with a person who couldn’t do their job nor even be courteous. I spoke with the manager who said she and the other person there could do it but they had existing clients. Kate did not touch my hair nor even recommend a strand test. Thankfully I explained to Rizzieri Salon and they could fit me in. I scheduled my visit at hair cuttery I wasn’t a walk in. How unprofessional was Kates response when she didn’t even touch my hair. I took pictures of my hair. I will post and I will add the new pictures once my hair is done by a properly trained stylist. This is the before."

"Had a haircut scheduled today at 615 with Kelly for my 7 year old. We arrived at 6 and after we waited 20 min we were told they don’t have time to do the cut because they accommodated a VIP client that arrived late. My child needed this cut for school pictures. I will never return to this location."

"First time here and it was a good experience. Wanted Highlines lighter, but still looked ok. Took advantage of the senior rate, but she charged me the regular rate. A few days later, she corrected it on my credit card, so it's all good. Very courteous hairdresser!"
