They’ve rearranged their busy schedule to make sure you get in your cut and color in among your crazy days. They listen to what you need and help you feel good about way more than your hair. "Disappointing, to say the least. My regular stylist was currently out so I went with someone who was recommended. She arbitrarily decided that she would ignore my side part and do a front to back hair cut. Without my glasses on, I had no idea what was going on until she finished and I put my glasses on and realized what she did. She did not discuss this with me in any way whatsoever. It was too late to fix it because then the length of the hair going to the side would be wrong (too short where the part was and too long on the other side). I didn't want to make a scene so I paid and still tipped her. If you go there and get your hair cut by someone with 3 letters for her first name, make sure you point out where your hair is parted. I'm angry and won't be going back regardless of who would be cutting my hair because I would only make a scene which I do not want to get into."
