"I had booked a cut and color with Russ. After explaining the color and showing Russ a photo he cut the back and then said he would finish after the color was applied. I have to admit because of the amount of questions I was loosing confidence. In the end the color turned out great but then the cut turned challenging. Luz, a stylist on the next station said she had experience with Pixie cuts and quickly finished the job. I just wanted to say thank you so much to Luz who saved the day and did a fantastic job with the cut."

"Had an appt at 3:15. Got into the place at 3:10. I had to wait for half an hour and still after half an hour no one take the responsibility of answering. Few stylists just roam around and pretend as if no customer is around. Such a horrible place!!! Will never be there!!"
