"I told Angela at the start, leave my top long, I only want the sides shortened and clean up the back. I told her I wanted 2 inches off the sides. I am near sighted so I had to take off my glasses. After her cutting half of my hair I realized something was very wrong. She had not even touched my sides and had cut a good 2-3 inches off my top. I stopped her, told her once again, don't cut the top of my hair, I asked for only the sides and back. After repeating myself several times she finally started to do what I asked but the damage was already done. Her hands shook the entire time, she didn't know the proper orientation of her hand to pull hair away from my head. And at the end she asked me for the shampoo when you SHOULD do that at the beginning. I've always been a generous tipper in my life and this is the first time I've never given a tip before. She needs to go back to beauty school cause she does not know how to cut hair."
"So I went in for a haircut this morning because my barbershop has no openings for the next week or so. Brooke was my stylist. I hate to have to say this, but this is literally the worst haircut I have ever had even when I was younger and cut it myself. Brooke is very nice and has a few years' experience, but I don't feel she did a good job on my hair. She might be amazing when it comes to female hair, but as a male, I would not recommend Brooke.
