"For the young woman with the ponytail on the cash register this morning(1/6/24): being extremely slow and then rude is a failure on every level possible for a cashier. Of course, being efficient and polite is a rare thing to come across these days."

"I was out of town on business and ordered a product that was put on sale online. I purchased the product for pick up. The email I received told me my order number and the location to pick it up. The email also contained a section that looked like an advertisement for curbside pickup. I was not aware me ordering the product online and ordering for curbside pick-up was the same thing. With other retailers, you can choose curbside or walk in and they are clear on the timeframe. My order was cancelled after 5 days. I called the store and explained to store manager the mix-up and why I wasn't able to get the product. I apologized. The manager told me I could still buy the product I ordered that they still had, but I have to pay full price. Poor customer service. You have the product in hand, I called on the day you cancelled it and now I have to pay full price. You want to keep customers? This is not how you do it."

"Went out of my way here (1 hr drive) for a pickup order because they were the only store that had what I was looking for. When I went the first time, I took my car because I was already out and completely misjudged whether it would fit or not. The guy brought it out, and I quickly realized my error. He was obviously VERY annoyed with me, and when I apologized and told him I would come back with my SUV, he just rolled his eyes and walked away. Did not say a word to me. Went home and got the SUV and my husband. Came back to pick it up, went inside, and explained to a young woman what we needed. (SHE was very sweet and helpful.) She had a hard time locating our item at first and the older woman on register 1 looked at us and very rudely said "you're the one who came earlier with the car". She pointed it out to the girl, and we left the store. The young girl helped us load, talked to us politely, and was very friendly. A++ for her (I wish I would've caught her name), F, for the other two we dealt with."

"Staff always friendly. It cost me more than quoted today which at first I was irritated at, but I know my dog is a squirming little puppy, so I get... but when I saw how cute she looks...it was all worth it. I told Suzy exactly what I wanted and she did an amazing job!!"
