"I’ve been going here for years but they really disappointed me last week. They called me to cancel my appointment the day before and couldn’t accommodate me. I really needed my hair done for an event and they didn’t even bother trying to get another hair dresser to do my hair. I will no longer go to this location. Thankfully another Hair Cuttery was able to fit me in."

"Came here for the first time and also my last. I wanted to get a partial balayage which would go over what I had and left with a majority of my hair bleach orange. The older lady whose name I cannot remember , also cut my hair for free which made me feel like something is wrong . Extremely unprofessional to not just say “I am uncomfortable doing balayage or I do not have enough experience “ instead I was left with a mess and another stylist at a different salon asked what happened to my hair. Instead of spending hours to get it fixed somewhere I got it all covered up and ended my progress with the balayage to avoid this ever again."
