"Guest services was not familiar with doing a return on a warranty purchased for an Xbox. After leaving the store and contacting the company offering the warranty coverage I was informed "if it's within the first 90 days the store you purchased your item at will do the return ". Now I have to go back to the store. Not happy with the service. Update: 12/27/23 After going back to the store to have my issue addressed, I'm pleased to say they corrected it. Changed my rating, but still should not have had to come back. The person at the desk should know or ask for help."
"Absolute garbage customer service...I was looking for an item and had someone come help, it said online there were 3 left but none on the shelf....lady comes up and scans it and says yeah it says I have three but I don't think that's right. I said are you going to double check and she said no I needed to check another store....she said all the surrounding stores say they have it, I asked how she knew if her own stores numbers were off and I was told to call those stores and ask.... absolutely terrible will never shop here again"
"Yeah, no. The plus-size options are just not enough for me to walk into that store more than twice a year. I really only go in to check out seasonal items. Makes me sad. I see so many cute fits online put together from other targets and we get 2 racks."
