"Carmine is a smooth talker but his service was terrible compared with my previous experiences. The NJ guy always matched my straight and black hair but Carmine got me curly hair and never straightened it. Worse, he charged me extra for the initial service which was supposed to be covered by the "program fee". Will not recommend Carmine to anybody."
