When greeted in the early morning, the staff was ready to handle her playfulness, and when picking her up they gave us a nice rundown of the day with her as it was her first time. It was my first time as I don't live in the Pittsburgh area, so new places are always a worry when it comes to my pup. Scheduling was easy, staff were friendly, and pickup was a breeze. "We take our dog here once a week for socializing and play time. Wilson absolutely loves it and everyone remembers him by name when we come in. The staff is always very welcoming. We’ve also put Wilson through two levels of their puppy training classes and it has worked wonders for him. Jake, the trainer, has a great approach to dogs and is great at getting results."
