"We get all of our pet needs here and this store never disappoints! Especially our last visit! We're vital pet members for ten dollars a month and we get a free bag of cat food for every ten we buy, we buy a lot with our five cats! But last time we were supposed to be on our free bag but I guess due to a technical glitch it didn't show up on our membership but the manager made it so we did get our free bag with no hassle!! Which I appreciate, I didn't want to be a Karen and would've paid but she was wonderful and corrected the issue! We're here about every week for litter and food and we're always treated with a smile and genuine compassion for our business! This is a store with some of the best employees I've ever met that always make me want to come back! Always feel welcome and they go above and beyond! The store is also handicapped accessible and kid and pet friendly! They almost always have everything in stock we need!! Will continue recommending this Petco to everyone!!"
