Buff & Gloss, LLC is a beauty salon located at 5471 Baltimore National Pike in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Our goal is to create a fair and respectful environment for both our staff and clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we are happy to provide a full refund if done 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment, as we schedule based on our specialists' availability. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, but may need to reschedule if necessary. We have a 7-day No Chip Policy for Gel Polish Manicures, and will fix any chips within the first week as a courtesy.

Children or guests are not allowed unless they are receiving a service. Our nail professionals have the right to refuse service or end a session if they feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or in danger. We also reserve the right to refuse service for reasons such as over consumption of substances, broken skin, or misconduct.
