We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, but may need to reschedule if necessary. We have a 7-day No Chip Policy for Gel Polish Manicures, and will fix any chips within the first week as a courtesy.
Children or guests are not allowed unless they are receiving a service. Our nail professionals have the right to refuse service or end a session if they feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or in danger. We also reserve the right to refuse service for reasons such as over consumption of substances, broken skin, or misconduct.
