"When Ron was the pharmacy manager, I was always pleased with the service I received. He must have run a tight ship because things went smoothly and efficiently, any questions and issues were always handled quickly. Well since he left, that ship has sank. The pharmacy staff is miserable, not helpful, and clueless. It’s pretty bad when you are more knowledgeable about their process than the employees. I’ll be going elsewhere for my prescriptions. Knowing these people are responsible for dispensing medication is alarming. (Note: I’ve only had positive experiences with the retail staff)"

"Had my Covid test done on a Saturday morning. I was a bit worried I wouldn’t get tested on time because they are slow there. It got done and the test was back in two days. ( Negative) The workers are friendly there unlike some CVS stores near Pittsburgh."

"One of the worst CVS I have ever been to. The lady, Karen who was the shift manager gave not only me disrespect but to the other person I was shopping with. His coupon was not showing on the screen. She said, “that’s not my problem if it doesn’t show up it’s doesn’t.” She is rude, disrespectful and ignorant. I will be contacting the company. To someone who likes to save money, she is a complete childish shift manager."
