"I am very frustrated with the professionalism of this company. I found a groupon stating 50% off of a $250 dread maintenance. I called in and the lady said that they no longer use Groupon? And after a long and drawn out discussion, would not honor the advertisement. I'm upset because I was excited to find the discount and to be told that I'd have to pay $165 rather than the $125 groupon because my very particular maintenance is not covered seems a bit off to me. I would absolutely honor my customers and this shop could have had my service for years to come. What a shame."

"I loved it here !! It's a very nice environment! The young lady Amina did my starter locs today and she did a wonderful job . She's also very sweet and made me feel comfortable ! Love the professionalism and the urgency to take care of each clients hair needs . The other young ladies (Alicia and I forgot the other young lady with the red locs ) was very sweet too ! "Let's just say this Salon seem to specialize in Locs.My friend booked me an appointment for a set and curl but when I went I was told they didn't have the rollers for that.In anycase I just wanted my hair done so the stylist showed my some styles and I told her to give me the easiest and quickest style.The easiest style is picture below.When she decided to do a two strand twist I told her that it would not last and low and behold. It cost $95 compared to $55 for a press and set/ curl. Day 5 , hair is bit frizzy as not enough products to tame it was used .My ends were frizzy when I left ."
