"The Cloverly location is straight across the street from the old Strawbridge's. Easy to get there on Old York Rd. Always plenty of parking. The store is spacious and airy. Andrea B and Linh are professionals. Always pleased with the finished cut. Highly recommend."

"****COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL**** I had a haircut appointment with Crystal at 10:00 a.m. on Friday April 7th for my daughter. Crystal did not even bother to show up. The staff was very unhelpful and provided me with little information during the 20 minutes that I was waiting for Crystal to arrive at her job. Obviously, I will not be using this business again and will be recommending that my friends and colleagues avoid it as well."

"TL:DR: I had to fix the dye and cut job I spent over $100 for myself. The salon was closed on the day my appointment was originally made. I am never going back. I left this salon with hair that doesn't look like a professional did it. This isn't the first time my hair was ruined at this salon. I actually just grew out the results of over bleaching done at that salon about a year ago. Even tho I made an appointment a week prior for monday, I did do a walk in the Thursday before. I went back on Monday (at my original appointment time) to get my hair fixed and they were closed. Since I can't get anyone to fix it before I am leaving the state, I had to fix the cut my self. It looked as if it was a pandemic cut. When I told the stylist is didn't like my color, she sent me home with a tube of dye. You can see in the pictures place that weren't supposed to be bleached and places where it should've been but wasn't. The stylist made a big deal of using this color removal product that wasnt supposed to damage my hair. My hair is fuzzy and has some breakage though out. The pictures don't pick up the damage well. I am not the type to leave reviews but this is ridiculous and was done 2 days before Christmas"
