"What kind of a petstore doesn't have a public restroom? So, let me get this straight, you allow pets in the store but if someone needs to use the restroom they have to go next door to Giant Eagle where they cannot take their pet inside? What if you have to wait at the Banfield with your pet? Whoever decided that the restrooms are only for employees needs to get a clue and start thinking about your customers, especially if you want to keep them in the store shopping. This is my first time in this store because I am new to the area, but have been to many Petsmarts before.This is a policy for this store, not all of their locations, so bad management decision for sure. This is for sure the quickest way to turn me away from being a repeat customer and I won't use Banfield either for the same reason."

"Nice place, decent selection. Typical pet store prices, more expensive than pet stuff at Walmart. One thing I don't like is they do not have the fresh dog cookie case like Pet Supplies Plus. That is one of the main reasons I go to pet stores is to get the fresh fancy cookies for my dogs birthdays/ holidays."

"Banfield really went downhill. Kept saying my dog didn't have a rabies shot 6 mos prior when she was brought in... nothing was recorded... i paid for it again, along with others and came home to look through her records and found her tag and paperwork showing she was vaccinated when I thought she was. I want a vet that cares about my dog as much as I do. Disappointed."

"Place for grooming at reasonable prices. Friendly Staff. Diesel got the bath and brush with nail grind, nice short nails , soft shiny coat."
