"The technician came out multiple times to our location and kept blaming the electrical work for why the oven was not turning on. Quick servant charge us around $400 for each visit they made to our store. We ended up paying over $1,000 to them with no results. I had three different electrical companies come out to tell me that the work was properly done and that the problem has to be with the oven itself. Quick servants refuse to look at the machine because they insisted that there was electrical problems. I ended up calling another company who came out and switched one simple fuse on the oven which fixed the entire machine for over a month going back and forth with this company just to find out it was a fuse which they refused to look into. We went without an oven for over a month, just because of a fuse that quick servants refuse to fix. They never even opened up the oven they just kept blaming electrical work for the reason the oven was not turning on."

"Dave came out to help replace our oven door, and the day before when I asked how long it was going to take the person said it was going to take about an hour or two, but Dave was able to get it done in 20 minutes. He was professional, quick, easy to work with, and everything you would want out of a technician. I greatly recommend them and Dave deserves more than what he gets paid I'm sure."

"Update: Management with the company took the time to contact me to resolve the issue. They listened to my issues and worked to resolve them. I am happy with the outcome. I am disappointed with the service and response from this company. They came out to my place of business to repair a refrigerated unit. They were were paid for the job in full immediately after leaving. The tech did not complete the job by setting the correct temperature of the unit. I had to call them back out to adjust the temperature which should have been done during his first visit. It took all but 15 minutes for him to make the adjustment and the company charged me an additional $375, which I should not have had to pay due to the tech’s lack of being thorough so he could rush off and get to his next job. I called several times and left messages to speak with management about the matter but no return calls. quickservant is very unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. They will not be getting my business."
