"Got a west coast pizza and a Greek salad. Salad was excellent with fresh veggies and cheese! Pizza was bland and overcooked. Flavors of the toppings were good but cooked too long!"

"I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from one of the employees. I had went to order a steak and cheese for someone. My first time there, I asked for a menu to go. The following day I wanted another steak and cheese which was good, fries, and fried Zucchini. I placed my order over the phone and I realized I was being charged a different price than what was on menu. The young man went back and forth with me stating he don't know where I got menu from. I said, I'm on my way with the menu I got from your business. When I arrived, I showed the menu, he explained, that should not have been given, I said OK, but at this point since it was given to me, shouldn't you give it to me at the price on the menu. He says, nooo I can't change the price, you would think I was talking about $50 or $100, noooo it was actually a $4 dispute. So that really made me feel some kind of way.. you are willing to lose a good customer for $4. Bless your heart. Soooo I personally won't order from there, no matter how good the food. My $4 look better else where. I pray that the owner hears about this, and train his employees accordingly. Don't lose good customers for pennies"

"The bread for the subs is out of this world. Toasted to perfection. Everyone at the table agreed. Chips were thick and good … no salt required. Good food for the money paid. Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Easy to get in and out with okay parking."

"Was excited to see another Vinny's this far from Harrisonburg as we have always lived their service and food. We were hopeful that it would be similar, and sadly, it was not. We had a calzone that was overly salty to the point we left half of it, and my chicken sandwich came with one slice of bacon for the entire sandwich? I understand bacon is pricey, but I don't know if I have ever been anywhere and only had one slice on an entire sandwich. Our server was also not very attentive. She refilled one of our drinks one time and never came back until another server had already run for our check. Never introduced herself, asked us for a box, or asked if our food was prepared correctly. Very poorly trained and mannered. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here unless, as a last resort, your money would be better spent next door at Subway."

"edit - 2023.07.20 - Great pizza (again), great steak and cheese's, fish sandwich was too salty and the eggplant dish on the menu was a little bit sparse. edit - 2023.02.25 - Great pizza, great steak and cheese and a pitcher of Blue Moon. edit - 2023.01.28 ... been on a whats the best pizza and steak and cheese in the area kick as of late. tried a couple of other places, but i can confidently say Vinny's is my favorite. Additionally, wife says the best steak and cheese in the area belongs to Vinny's as well. Pretty consistently get the eggplant parm, which is delicious. Got another pineapple 1/2 bacon, other 1/2 jalapeño pizza. They serve up a local Fred Red by the pitcher as well. Menu has recently changed, added photos of that. Had the pleasure of being served by Francisco the last couple of times. Spotless service. 5/5! Vinny's has been feeding my family for about 2 decades. Never disappointed with their subs and pizza, and i cant remember an entrée i didnt thoroughly enjoy."
