"Went in with my 2 boys. My younger one's haircut went fine but my oldest's stylist did not know how to do hair. She butchered his hair, gave him a bowl cut/buzz cut in one, then doused it in gel to hide her mistakes. I reached out in December and they ignored me. Won't be bringing my kids back and won't be suggesting this place anymore."

"Walked in asking for a low fade. Walked out with a med/high something because it was still not faded. The “barber” would only use guard attachments to try and fade. I asked her to get help from someone to fix it and she didn’t. This was after nearly an hour in the chair letting her try to fix it, but the cut kept getting higher and my patience running out."

"I'm usually not one to blast a place for bad service, especially because I have used this location for haircuts for the last year and a half and I typically always get decent service. The cuts aren't top notch, but I get such a basic haircut that it usually fits my needs just fine. Today I got absolutely the worst haircut I have ever gotten that I didn't haphazardly give to myself during the pandemic. She cut off my sideburns without asking and they weren't evened out at the top. The back is a complete disaster. For some reason she shaved it up two inches higher than it should. So the bald head tan line stands out with razor burn all over the upper neck. The top is fairly uneven, but that is the least of my worries with this cut. I'll need to wear a hat for the next two weeks until this looks decent enough to go without one. She did this cut in maybe 10 minutes top. Like I said, I get a very basic cut, but there was no one even waiting and no reason for her to rush. She was pleasant enough of course, and I think she knew she did a terrible job, which is why she never showed me the back with a mirror."
