"We hired Sunshine to remodel our unfinished basement. They created all of the architectural drawings, submitted to the county for permitting and then performed all of the work from start to finish. They created a family room, spare bedroom, full bathroom, storage room and media room for us. They really thought about all of the details and used every bit of space in some way. We have 4 new closets in addition to the storage room. They also took care of some extras that we asked for along the way, like putting our outdoor outlets on their own circuit and installing a battery backup for our sump pump.
