"Servpro of Alexandria is, by far, the worst business I've even had the displeasure of dealing with. What you'll receive is shoddy and poorly done work with the cheapest [undocumented] subcontractors possible. The work they did was 1/ not completed and done poorly 2/ done by unlicensed sub contractors who brought minor (7-8 years old) children on the job site while using power tools and doing construction because they didn't have child care 3/ subpar materials. Upon final completion their accounts receivable continually send invoices in error and their internal management is so incompetent they can't even manage to exchange messages or information within their company. I've had to report them to the BBB and the State Attorney general. This is a warning. Do not engage this company for any reason. You will be sorry you did."

"Jose and his team were excellent and did an amazing job in fixing our basement. From showing me step by step each approved material, working with me to get a new color for the basement bathroom wall, and any concerns he found that he knew he and his team could not fix (plumbing), it was a pleasure working with him. I hope I never need his services again but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to ServPro and requesting Jose and his team. Also, I had everything done by ServPro from start to finish. From Armenda and her pack out team, to the demolition team who removed all the waterlogged and molded items, to Jose and his crew who built everything back up, and Araceli and the management team who kept me up to date with the timeline and communications with my insurance company. They made this entire stressful situation bearable and gave my family peace of mind from beginning to end."

"Amazing customer service and extremely helpful during a stressful flooding situation. Martin, was the project manager and was knowledgeable and very responsive. While the basement is still under construction it is fully dry! My insurance company originally recommended Stanley steamer, and they came out didn’t explain anything other than they need to dry the basement. I was recommended Servpro from a coworker, and I’m glad I called!"
