"I was told my cat was to be in surgery for 2-3 weeks (including recovery time) later on I found out my cat had received two surgeries, i called and asked how much longer before I could get her and I was told she was still recovering. I went in about 2 weeks after that only to find out they had put my cat up for adoption without my permission. They picked up more cats from my home (which I did not give them permission to do) and they were put up for adoption aswell. It will be the first and last time I bring my cats there."
