"The first time I went was a good experience with Jenna, who gave me a very professional hair and beard cut. My second experience was less than stellar with Nicole who shaved off the right side of my mustache and didn't say anything. I unfortunately didn't notice until later that day when I went to brush my beard. They did refund me for that beard cut, however I am sorely disappointed and regret going there."

"Love the place, Mallory is amazing! If there’s one thing I could recommend to management…please work with your mobile app vendor to come up with a solution for frequent offenders of people who book appointments thru the app and then don’t show up for them. Right now, appointments are booked up for the next WEEK, and I’m willing to bet money that at least some of these people aren’t serious about keeping their appointments and probably have a history of missing them. Come up with a policy that results in them not being able to use the mobile app to make appointments if it continues. Thanks for listening!"

"I’ve been looking for a local, affordable (around $25-30) and skilled barber shop. I saw Nicole, who was fast, professional, personable, and has been cutting hair for 12+ years. She totally knew I was interviewing her for the “job” of cutting my hair, as I’m very particular, but was cool about it. I definitely found my new barber shop and barber. Benny’s is has a really cool vibe, clean, and easy to get to. Parking is not great, but there are spots on the lot and on the street. I totally recommend this place, and Nicole."

"I love Benny’s and won’t go anywhere else to get my hair cut. I’ve gone exactly every 3 weeks over the last 2 years, and I see Mallory every appointment - she does a fantastic job cutting my hair and she’s unbelievably friendly, pleasant, and professional. Can’t say enough good things about Benny’s and specifically Mallory!"
