"Deposit some money in the ATM on the outside of the building. It did not count all the money and it didn’t give me the option to cancel the deposit. I called to inquire and investigation was open. Couple days went by did not hear from them. Did not get an email did not get a phone call. I went to the office and inquire in person. The lady told me I had four days for them to rectify the situation later on that day I received the email saying I was denied, have this ever happened to anyone else After communicating back-and-forth, I can truly say they make it look like you’re in the wrong like you did something wrong The bottom line is I Deposit, some MONEY and the ATM didn’t count all of it. I don’t care how you look at it this is totally bogus, so what I say do not use that ATM to deposit money."

It’s the closest to me and I still feel better driving past this one and going to one further away. I shouldn’t have too but the attitudes of the employees is just so unpleasant. If you hate your job quit. It’s not our fault. I’ve worked in banking as a rep and a teller and we never behaved in such a way to our guest. Smh it’s sad that no leader has addressed their employees. If they were the guest being treated that way they would have an issue."
