Your spotless cleaning

"In January I, 2023, I had a MOVE IN DEEP CLEANING of a 2-level, 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. However, because the new clients, who were coming from out of town, could not move in until late March, I contacted YOUR SPOTLESS CLEANING, LLC for a "REFRESH CLEANING" in mid March, to align with their new move in date around the same time. I chose SPOTELESS, as the initial company was booked, and they said they were available to take on this job. Better I had waited and had offered the REFRESH CLEANING to the incoming clients as a courtesy after they had moved in.SPOTLESS sent a 2-person crew, who took over 4 hours to clean this 2 level townhouse which had just had a DEEP MOVE IN CLEANING in January! Initially, SPOTLESS billed me $406.25. I literally reeled. Then they agreed to $375.00 with a discount of $75.00 on the next cleaning I would book with them. NEVER. The biggest deal with this house was actually the dust. No one had lived there, nor worked in the property, nor used any of its facilities since January. It was obvious by more than, observation after visiting the property a couple of hours after they had left, that I had been exploited and, in my opinion, they had wiled away the time on the clock by simply lollygagging. BIGGEST MISTAKE: (1) INSPECTED BEFOE THEY LEFT; (2)THEY CHARGE BY THE HOUR! THIS WAS A PICNIC FOR THEM! A Realtor who followed me later, looked around, laughed and said, "! guess they forgot to dust or turn on any water!" I later returned and commenced the REFRESH project myself $375.00 out-of-pocket! This time around you could actually smell a hint of a cleaning product having been used and there was no dust to be found anywhere!! Are they licensed to work in DC was another question?? They took the money and took flight!"
