"Waited an hour past my appointment time and the Dr never showed. I was just left in a room alone with no communication from the staff until I had enough and left. The staff didn't know how to refund my co-pay. It took 2 people to figure it out and I still haven't gotten it back yet. The doctor had the audacity to bill insurance for a regular visit even though I never saw him. Waste of time"

"Poor Serice, incompetent staff, I arrived at 8.30 am for an schedule test. At the Waldorf office. I signed the entry log, after waiting for 15 minutes a staff member called me to collect the copay, 10 minutes after that ,the nurse called me to inform me that I was late, that my appointment was at 8.15 am. she told me, I will have to wait, so I did at 10.45 am they keep looking at me, wondering how long I will last, I understood they were not going to help me. so went home, bother by this time frame discrepancy, I searched and find the appointment reminder slip It was for 8.30 am."

"Hi guys, Believe this might be my second review of this nice establishment and the previous review was probably as good as this one is. I recently had an issue with my heart and of course that led to my latest visit to the ER and then here at Chesapeake & Washington Heart Care. My previous Doctor retired so I was seen by Doctor Gahard. It was evident that he had plenty of knowledge concerning the heart muscle. After reading my file, looking at my recent notes and asking me what happened he knew me too. We immediately set a plan in motion to take a deeper look at me and my heart – thank you for that. I was impressed and appreciated the time and effort the whole staff gave me, from the receptionist to (my friend) Rhonda who checked me out. If you are looking for heart care, I feel you cannot go wrong while visiting Chesapeake & Washington Heart Care."
