"A lot of doctors become desensitized, this is one of them. I have called this office repeatedly because my pain has become unbearable. Getting a call back requires many phone calls. Edit: the owner called me to see if I can remove the review. I didn't reach out to him. He would consider completing paperwork requested by my insurance if I removed my bad review. I asked them just to complete the paperwork indicated what issues I am having, not stating that I'm disabled. Denise called and said he won't be black mailed I to completing paperwork. I repeatedly asked to just write my condition and the symptoms. She coldly declined. Next time don't follow up on a review just to make the patient feel worse that what they already do."

"The office staff need to take into consideration that patients waiting to be seen can hear everything they are saying. Today they were talking about a sick coworker throwing up and being sent home, how they lost 2 patients today due to covid and that they had a lady accusing them of lying bc she's trying to get her child seen there but was told they don't see children. It's just truly annoying and unprofessional. The last time I was there they were venting bc patients were supposedly being so rude that day. I won't be back do to the unpleasant environment."
