"Customer service was excellent! I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The digital paperwork completion process was efficient. I was taken for my X-ray in a timely manner. My X-ray Technician was kind and friendly."

"One star for the front office staff! The ONLY good thing I have to say about Fairfax Radiology in Woodbridge is that the front office staff are very friendly. My experience was time wasting and very frustrating. Starting with the release forms that they have you fill out, which is a scare tactic to require you to call your insurance to see if certain procedures are covered. If the insurance company would not cover it, Fairfax warned of a cost to the customer, which I am unable to cover due to the economy. I’m not sure why Fairfax did not warn me of this insurance issue before booking the appointment?! Fairfax radiology would not provide me proper service codes to talk with my insurance company. That ordeal took approximately a day of my life, requiring me to reschedule my appointment and take another day off from work. Once the insurance information was determined/resolved, I waited over an hour for my appointment with no explanation as to why they were behind schedule. This company needs to get its act together. Don’t waste your time here if you have not already had services with them. I encourage you to establish your business with another company."

"The waiting room was packed but it was obvious that the patients were being seen in order of need/arrival and it moved quickly. The reception and technician were very polite and effective. A good experience despite a 90 minute wait (I was told beforehand that it would be at least an hour)."
