"I really like bringing my dogs to VCA Annandale. Everyone who I have worked with there has been friendly, caring, thorough, and helpful. From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the vets, the employees are knowledgeable and professional. I have been to other vets who I also like, and I like that VCA Annandale is a smaller practice and they really make my pets and me feel cared for!"
"My family and i are all very grateful for the fantastic care we received with our dog and our 2 cats. We are sad to be leaving the wonderful staff due to financial reasons, but i do highly recommend them. They helped us learn to give proper care for our senior pup who passed last year and have always been so kind to our anxious cats which led our younger boy to be very vocal and content to explore during their last visit."
"Love VCA Annandale and highly recommend reaching out to them for your pet's health care needs, whether it be an annual health check-up or more. Over the past 7 years, our cat Frankie was seen by Dr. Paradise, who we loved, as well as the entire staff, too! They always clearly communicated visit details and helped answer any questions that came to mind. Dr. Paradise was helpful and informative in determining what Frankie's health needs were at each visit, particularly in his last few years as an elderly cat (12-15 years). When it came time for Frankie to move on, they were extremely accommodating and supportive; could not have asked for better support during such a difficult time. Should we find ourselves with another pet in the future, we'll be returning to VCA Annandale, again."
"I would give a zero star if possible. We took our pet for an annual check-up, and they did drew blood from his neck area, and this is what happened. The bruises got worse and worse, so I called them every day to make sure if it's normal (because as a human, we get that after draw the blood), if not, we can take him to the hospital immediately. This NEVER happened to him before and first time we've saw him has those large bruises. They said it's normal to see some bruises and suggested us to pay 125 dollars to test 'blood clot.' Are you serious? I was expecting their sincere apologies about what happened. During my call with manager today, she basically told us 'if you worried about him that much, I would bring him to the emergency room because it's not normal. and it's not our technician's fault.' ARE YOU SERIOUS? I've called this hospital every day and what your team told me was to keep monitoring him. THANK YOU, VCA Annandale, for switching your words and this horrible experience! Please Avoid!!"
"People is very lovable. They took real care of my cooker spaniel. It was expensive, but I think everything they done was really urgent because my dog went there very weak and now he is waving his tail like a pro. He was almost blind for a long time, and now he had improved his vision. His ears were bothering him and now is listening everything. I hope next time wont be so expensive, because my cats are next."
