"I rarely write reviews but a couple days ago I went to this salon to get highlights done by Alex. She was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I honestly wasn’t sure if it was even possible to achieve the color I wanted after all the damage I had done to my hair previously. But not only did Alex manage to make it lighter, she made it feel healthy too. The places is beautiful and everyone is sweet and accommodating."

"Indulgence did a wonderful job with hair and makeup for my wedding! I first visited Indulgence Hair Salon a year before my wedding to meet with the stylist and discuss my vision for my hair and makeup. I was immediately impressed with Amber. She took the time to understand my style and preferences and we talked through what exactly I wanted for my big day. After I booked her services, her and her staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating up until the day of my wedding. On the day of my wedding, the salon made me feel so welcome and excited for the day! We had a total of eight girls that needed their hair and makeup done. All of the stylists were so friendly and efficient. All of my bridesmaids looked amazing! I am so grateful to Amber, Phylicia, and the rest of the Indulgence crew for making my wedding day so special. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for amazing hair and makeup services. "I can't say enough about the salon, from the minute you walk in, you are treated like you are part of there family. Krystal at the reception desk is such a sweetheart, you can talk to her for hours like she's your sister. She offers you right when you walk in, if you would like a glass of water, glass of wine, tea, coffee and different flavors of coffee. It's like you walk through the door and your pampered from the minute your checked in to the minute you walk out. Then there Amber, she has been doing my hair for so many years I lost count. My relationship with her became , to the point that I walk in and tell her to do what ever she thinks is best, and that goes from highlighting to cutting to even styling. My famous words to her when she asked a question regarding my hair, I always say, it's up to you. That says a lot to be able to put your hairdresser to her imagination, but I always come out looking like a new and improved person. I feel like someone different when I look in the mirror. I would recommend this place without a doubt, you sure won't be disappointed. "Alex is my go-to stylist. She is super friendly and experienced with hair. She is able to lighten my hair without creating damage. She also does an excellent job toning my hair to ensure that the hue is correct. The salon also supplies beverages during service and go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable."

"Went to Indulgence Hair Studio for the first time yesterday for a color correction from another salon. Truly, I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience, from beginning to end. When I called to ask about color-correcting, Krystal walked me through the process and was very understanding and sensitive to my being gun-shy after my previous experience at another salon. I asked for details about who would be doing my color correction (Alexandria)and was sent pictures of her work and invited to ask any questions I might have. Once I reviewed everything I felt much more at ease and booked an appt. And I can't. be. happier! Alex was amazing! She talked with me at the beginning to ensure we were on the same page, we reviewed pictures together, and then once the process started she talked with me across each step so I knew exactly what was happening. She was so reassuring. And after a very disappointing hair experience weeks ago that left me teary-eyed, I left Indulgence feeling so good in my hair again! I highly recommend Alex, and know that I will be returning to see her :) And based on my interactions with Krystal and other staff members via phone, email and in-person, they are not only professional, but kind and warm and extremely talented."
