"Very bad customer service and the stylists were so rude. This is the second time I’ve been to this place and dealt with the same rudeness again! Never going back! They don’t even know the meaning of customer service. One stylist is showing other stylists funny videos while she was cutting my son’s hair, ridiculous!!"

"The lady that cut my hair today had no personality and did it very quickly. Not once did she say how’s your day going or talk about anything I’m not much of a chitchat person, but just to say something pleasant would be nice. I’ve been going to Great Clips for a long time, and I’ll still keep going, but never at that location again!!"

"Today felt very bad with the behavior of a lady towards customers. This is the worst haircut I ever had in my life . She finished the hair cut in few minutes and not bothered to check whether she did it properly or not . After coming out I realized the hair is uneven. Again went inside asked her to do it properly. From a business perspective, it’s totally unpleasant and unacceptable behavior. I should have checked the reviews before going there."

"The location is very easy to get to with lots of parking. I was able to go in without an appointment( did have to wait for a little bit but that’s my fault for not checking in online). Leah was very nice and conversational and I left with the haircut style I came in looking for."
