"Service tech was great. He was thorough, polite, and informative. Everything appears to be fixed. The 3 star rating is due to the fact that Excel sold us on these units, and installed them, just 3 years ago, and since then we have had them back 5 or 6 times due to the units not properly heating or cooling. Today's problem was due to improper heating. I had to pay for the visit, it was not warrantied. Based on service history, it's clear that there's been consistent problems with these units from the start. Because of that, being charged for this current "repair" doesn't seem warranted."
