"The gentleman (owner) was courteous, prompt and showed up in a timely manner. He had quoted a price of $400 to clean our line and finished in record time. This was in February 2022. Being in an older home, surrounded by trees I know Roots Happen. However, the plumber also tried to sell us on a service for $700 to scrap our line and even showed a pic of 2 deposits. A few weeks ago, our line slowed up again. The NEXT plumber who came managed to pull ALL the roots and other disgusting stuff out of our sewer and charged us less money. See below. Out sewer line is finally clear and it didn't cost the $1,100 this company tried to charge us. $400 for the initial cleaning and $700 for the scrape. Just a heads up. Pay attention to how long the cleaning takes. It should take a minimum of 30 minutes if handled correctly. Thanks for reading. I will also try to update my Home Advisor review to reflect today's reality."
