"Work was great but their collection process left much to be desired. Be cautious if you plan to go through insurance. They say they will handle it all for you when they sign you up and it will be seamless. The truth is they will pester you relentlessly while waiting for the insurance company to pay and force you to follow up with the insurance company yourself. Fortunately my adjuster was great and asked them to back off."

"Excellent company to deal with for house mishaps. I happen to have a leak that spilled down onto my drywall ceiling in the basement. They came to the house and assessed the situation and explained what they were going to do and why. Brought in some industrial fans and dehumidifier and the basement dried out in four days. They came by every morning until completion to check the progress and did a good job cleaning up after cutting and removing the drywall, shoe-molding and flooring. Definitely recommend their services to anyone who is unfortunate enough to have damage to their house."
