The Spa at Rocky Gap

"Lake was relaxing. Food was good. Spa messages were fantastic. Only issue was that they had the casino so dark my mom couldn't see at all so she was unable to gamble. It was even too dark for me. Vegas casinos aren't that dark. If you fix that it would be perfect."

"Nicole did excellent work on me. Went in for the Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage and was upsold to the Rocky Gap Spa Massage, $10 more for an extra 25 minutes. Well worth the cost."

"My wife and I go here for massage therapy and nails, it's always been a great experience, and we would try the other items on the menu as well. Nails could be slightly better done but the way you're treated makes it all the worth while. The heated massage tables are very nice and comfortable. The photo is outside the resort, the landscaping is nicely appointed, as is everything inside aswell. Very relaxing and professional spa."

"Amy and Kristen were amazing. The spa was clean, the staff were professional and it was just what we needed after a busy week of getting married and traveling. I wish we would have done more at the spa aside from the aromatherapy massages; that's how good it was."

"Pedicures were very nice, thorough, extremely clean and the pedicure technician was very sweet. Our massages however..... left much to be desired. We were never asked about the pressure, which was greatly lacking. I guess they weren't expecting us to look at our watches but our couples massages (which by the way is $20 more than just booking two regular massages because they slide open a wall divider to make it a "couples room") were 15 minutes shorter than they should've been. It's supposed to be a 50 minute massage but the massage therapists were in and out of the room in 35 minutes flat. Even the front desk coordinator was surprised at the timing. She was very sweet and great at her job by the way. Unfortunately we never heard back from the manager and our complaints were disregarded. Pretty disappointing since we went to Rocky Gap Casino because they had a spa and I wanted a massage for my birthday. If you schedule massages.. keep an eye on the time."
