From scheduling the appointment to completing the procedure, Advanced Radiology staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned that I was informed and comfortable. They even had a Saturday appointment that fit my schedule. Well done and highest recommendation."

"This was my first time here, and I won't go back. When I arrived the front desk person was curt and told me to sign in. I sat for 20 minutes until the main receptionist noticed I was there. She was nice and apologized for not seeing the sign in, but then when doing paperwork they were going to charge me for a procedure I didn't need. I only needed one of two. She said, "We'll just leave it on in case." When I went back the ultrasound technician was super unprofessional. I told her I was only doing one of the two procedures, she then started talking under her breath saying "well it's not like that was the most important one." Then when I got in back she curtly told me to lay down and said, "Well, what are you here for?" When she started the scan told me I didn't drink enough water and needed to go out and drink more but that her next appointment was super long and I'd need to be there 45 minutes to an hour, and that she couldn't guarantee another anointment. She was curt and blaming, and super unprofessional. I don't know if it ever even crossed the technician's mind that people may have trauma related to the more invasive scans, or find them difficult, she just seemed put out even just doing the one. I asked for my copay back and left. I'd never recommend an ultrasound there."

"Because I had a breast biopsy last year, I was informed by the tech that they couldn’t do my mammogram as scheduled because they needed the images from the hospital where I had the biopsy. I would need to reschedule when they received the images in a few weeks. I was leaving the area for 5 months that week. When I made the appointment 2 MONTHS ago, someone should have sent in the request to the hospital and/or advised me to get and bring with me. While I was waiting for a CT scan, the tech, Stacey, went above and beyond and somehow got the pathology. And I was able to complete my mammogram. The CT tech was great too! Bad communications when scheduling but fabulous techs! Stacey is someone who should be commended for amazing customer service and problem solving!"

"My experience at AR today was wonderful! I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered, checked in by a very efficient person, and was seen almost immediately. The x-Ray technician was congenial and well skilled in her craft as she was able to capture three views very quickly. My doctor could see the issue in question, and I had my results in about an hour!"
