"The Metal section is not just small, but records are kept inadequately. Damaged covers, cramped, unorganized. Spent 20 minutes there trying to select what to buy, and out of 3 records I selected, the covers and wrapping of NEW records were damaged to different degrees. Honestly, being the location and the publicity, was expecting more."

"I just came in to sell 2 kpop albums there and the worker was very rude. He refused to take the albums, they were in perfect condition, just missing the photocards, and claimed that they don't accept albums with no photocards. He didn't even bother to check the albums or their inclusions. I walked right over to the kpop section and saw an album for sale that was marked "no photocards". He was very dismissive, and seemed like he just didn't want to interact. I'll sell & buy my albums elsewhere next time. Its disappointing, because this is where I typically do buy albums. I don't appreciate being lied to."

"Great selection and very friendly staff. I bought a few records and an LP box set. When I asked if they sold sleeves for box sets they just gave me a few at no charge. I'll definitely be back.. there's a lot of vinyl there that my eyes need to go though."
