"Unfortunately, this company doesn't stand behind their products. We ordered an item which never arrived. You have to wait 30+ days before J W Pepper will acknowledge it. You are much better off buying from Amazon. They don't lose orders, and they immediately fix any issues. Very disappointed with this company and won't order from them again."

"HORRIBLE customer service experience. Ordered music on 8/4, shipped on 8/7. It still has not arrived, though my son needs it for school. They offered me zero help, saying the couldn't do anything until it's been 4 weeks. No where on the website does it say that they won't take action for lost shipments for 4 weeks. In fact, they claim that shipping first class USPS is the most common way to order. So I was told I could reorder (but I'd have to pay expedited shipping in order to get it in a reasonable time) and they will not re-ship my already placed order. If I get the new order and return one, I have to pay return shipping. I will never order from them again. Their CONTACT US page says that "Customer service is the heart of everything we do" which is a JOKE. Avoid this company and their joker of a customer support team. If my music does not show up, I certainly hope I get a refund. Oh, and I wasted at least 1.5 hours dealing with their team. Insanity."

"I placed an order of solo piece on 3:20pm of Thursday with next day delivery $30.99. I needed this score before Saturday. I had to get this on Friday. Of course, jwpepper didn't ship it on Thursday but did on Friday. I checked if they shipped this score on 1 pm Friday and my acct says 'ready to ship'. So I was kinda glad to cancel it and get refund. Talked to Rep and she said it has been shipped at that time. Not even getting this on Saturday but Monday next week. There was no warning that I might get it later than I expected. JWPEPPER...For extra $31, do not put those as optional shipping ever. This experience was ridiculous. Time sensitive order will not be treated as time sensitive for their convenience. However, representative was courteous but couldn't refund the whole transaction. DO NOT ORDER THRU NEXT DAY delivery OR 2ND DAY. They will rip you off with those ridiculous shipping fee."
