"It’s always something with this place and their site never right doesn't open until 9 out of all the places I have to jump through the most hoops to try and cash a check not worth wasting your time"

"I went in today to cash 2 checks. One from PUA. Manager told me there's a lit of fraud going on and she could not cash it. They cash stimiolis checks for 1200 or more but not a $195.00 check. She had a attitude and poor customer service. I asked for her name. She didn't want to tell me. Where's the customer service? I will never go back there again"

"Called before I went and asked several questions. I do not normally use these shady places but PNC was having issues and I didn’t want to deposit my money until cleared up. The girl told me to come in with ID etc. I had every necessary item they would need. I get there and the girl picking at her nails the whole time not even looking at me told me they could not cash it. The reason was she thought I had tried to deposit it on line even though I told her the system was down and I couldn’t deposit it. So I wasted my time. Thank God I normally do not have to deal with these places on a normal basis."
