"I previously gave CRA a 1-star review based on my experience last Saturday (1/13/24). The company's website and scheduling team both said that CRA does x-rays exclusively on a walk-in basis whenever the center is open, yet they had no x-ray technician working on January 13 when I arrived. I received a prompt response about my complaint this morning (1/15/24) from the Bethesda Imaging Center's manager. She offered a thoughtful explanation and apology, made a special appointment for this morning, and reimbursed my parking cost for both visits given the circumstances. I was frustrated with the inaccurate information I'd received from CRA's website and scheduling team and the unnecessary waste of my time last Saturday. I think the company responded to that misstep in *exactly* the right way, however, and I'm pleased with their response and my experience today. I'm increasing my previous 1-star rating to 4-stars as a result."

"I walked in for an X-ray (no appointment). I had to wait 45 minutes. Check-in was straightforward. X-ray technician was friendly and competent. Overall, a good experience. I would use Community Radiology again."

"The directions to find them sucks. Location is first floor but #620. Hate coming to this location. I come once a year to get turned around. It’s paid parking and they don’t validate. I was in there for one hour and I paid four dollars. I’m not sure if it is per day or otherwise. They don’t tell you this when you book the appointment. One entrance you come in. The other entrance you can come in and go out of. I think that’s Rockledge road. There are no markings on the ground on how to get out of the parking lot. The facility I don’t have a problem with other than waiting. I like to take the first appointment of the day so I don’t have to wait. That’s why I picked the first AM appointment. How backed up can you be?"

"Except for a slight delay while checking in (might be some missing items in online data), the venue set-up, staff and equipment are very satisfactory. The sonologist technician was excellent; courteous, soft-spoken and very efficient, knowledgeable of her tasks."
