"I went for my ultrasound this morning. Starting from the front desk staff (Gabby, Karla, Alma) to the technician (Emmet Tesfaye) who was also the manager were so kind and wonderful. I did have some challenges at my end that was handled very nicely. We all go with different stressful situations to such places, but when we encounter kind and helpful people, it makes a big difference in our day. Thanks to the team for being kind, helpful and organized. Please stay this way!"
"They told me something was wrong with my insurance and I had some clause in my policy that shouldn’t be there and was preventing UHC from approving my MRI. I was advised to contact my Benefits Admin. He spoke with multiple people at UHC, as did I , and we were both informed there was nothing wrong with my policy that should prevent me from having this procedure. I called back and told them that, was allowed to reschedule, only for them to cancel on me 2 more times saying the issue wasn’t cleared up. By this point I had exhausted every resource at UHC and was told repeatedly nothing was wrong with my policy. This woman who works at Adventist called me and got an attitude with me telling me I shouldn’t have been allowed to reschedule and repeating the same ridiculous claim about my policy. She raised her voice at me when I told her there was nothing wrong with my policy. After rescheduling at another clinic, they had NO issues with my insurance. I don’t recommend dealing with these incompetent people. They wasted 3 weeks of my time."
"Excellent! They cared of me in the same day even without an appointment . Taylor B in the reception desk so kind and nice trying to find a spot for me and Jessica B they person who did my test so caring and patient. I don't know the name of the lady to give consent to see me today but my praises to her as well. It is my second time going to this place and I wanted to express my gratitud to all of them. Your kindness is worthy , thank you."
"I went for my mammogram at this facility on July 22, 2019 and was so favorably impressed with the kindness of each of the people with whom I interacted. Tasha was at the front desk and greeted me warmly and seemed genuinely happy to help get me checked in. Colette was circulating around the waiting area, bringing people their forms and explaining things and answering their questions. She was so attentive to each patient, including me, and it was just uplifting to watch her interact with people. And Tammy was my technician and she was wonderful. She explained each step of the process and she was extremely attentive to my comfort during the exam and just show so much care and compassion toward me for what is usually an uncomfortable time. I was so impressed with each person and truly appreciated the care I received."
"This was a good experience. I was dreading this scan, but the people were so nice and helpful they made it much easier and less stressful. This site has evolved over the years to make a visit as easy as possible. There is now a liaison who greets you as soon as you enter, and informs the office staff that you are there. That is inspired. This allows the office staff to process the patients paperwork quickly and efficiently, without having to stop frequently to answer patient questions. The liaison keeps you informed about any questions or issues you have raised about the scan. The tech comes and gets you and you are brought to the scanning room on time. The technician I dealt with was warm and polite. She kept me informed throughout the scan as to what would happen next. I would not hesitate to come to this site again, and I would approach the visit with confidence that I would be treated with respect and kindness."
