"I'll be talking them in the morning for certain when I pick my wife up. The surgery went great, the staff was excellent, and the stay was good until the night nurse and overnight dr came on. The new dr. At the request of my wife's question removed the IV and the nurse did not like that and demanded one be put back in. Nearly 2 hours later my wife was given the pain medicine she asked for because the pain was getting to be unbearable. On top of that, the nurse is 4 hours late on her Tylenol. I don't know if her feelings of opinion are hurt because she didn't get her way, but I guarantee management will hear about this in the morning. We are paying way too much to deal with this sort of pettiness."
