"I recently had new carpet and new flooring down in my house by Molyneaux, I went thru the Cranberry location. Rebecca and Dan came to my house with several samples, they were very helpful in helping me pick out what would look best in my house!! They were pleasant and answered all my questions. The carpet installation went perfect and the workers were fast and did an amazing job. The flooring, we had some issues, not with Molyneaux but my floors in house were not level so had to go with a different type of floor, but Molyneaux hustled and got my new order in and then they sent George and Adam to put my floor in and they were amazing!! They were pleasant and kept me informed on everything they were doing. They were very professional and always cleaned up the days work. They did a beautiful job and I was sad to see them go. So I highly recommend using Molyneaux, great product selection and great customer service!! I plan on using them again in the New Year to do my bathroom floor and game room."

"We recently had our floors replaced and interior painting done by Molyneux home. The flooring installation went well. However when the painter came he got paint all over our brand new flooring. When we scheduled the flooring and the painting we thought it was odd to install the new flooring first, and then paint, but we were assured it wouldn't be a problem. Well, we should have insisted the painting be done first because there was paint spatter all over our brand new flooring, as well as areas that were not completely painted. They did send the painter back to try and clean up some of the areas and finish the spots he missed. However my husband and I spend hours trying to remove the spatter from our brand new floor and trim. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed in the painting, especially for how expensive it was. When I did talk to customer service about the issue they did give us a small discount, however I didn't feel like it really compensated us considering how much time my husband and I had to put in after the fact to clean up . I do realize that painting is new to the company, so they may want to change things moving forward."

I was impressed with how responsive they were in scheduling our in-home appointment and based on a pre-appointment phone call, she was prepared in bringing a wonderful variety of samples that were in-line with our decor. She was also very prompt in providing a follow-up quote the same day! We were thrilled with the final installation as well, as the various installers were professional and thorough.
