"The tech. Mallory should not be working in the health field. Had a scheduled appointment and due to the rain and traffic, I knew I would be late. I called ahead and advised that I would be running late. I was asked would I make it by a specific time. I said YES. I made it to the office by that specific time. After 37 minutes of waiting, I was told that I could not be seen. I was fine. I was late but the fact that I called ahead of time to state that… I was told to come well is a disappointment. Mallory proceeds to come from out the back (authoritative mannerism) to tell me that she can not see me. I proceeded to say I called and was advised to come in. I showed up before the time I was asked to be here. Her disposition and tone was disrespectful and uncalled for. I easily could have been asked to not come. I know there is a shortage of employees but you do not need someone with that attitude working for your organization. PS - she is not liked by her peers. Maybe management should inquire on the attitudes of its employees. My insurance company should not get billed for a service that was not completed."

"The staff member working in the lobby on 3.31.21 was rude. I felt like she needs to work on her customer service skills if you are the first representation of the office. It was first time to still wellspan location and I was lost trying to find the correct location of where to go. The woman at the information desk was the saving grace that actually helped me and didn’t seem annoyed to do so."

"I went here for a sonogram. Very friendly staff and the technician was professional and did a thorough job explaining what she was doing during the procedure. I was pleased with my experience and would recommend this location to other expecting mothers."

"I am writing this review for my Wife . We had an appointment on May 24, and their was a longer delay than usual to get her taken care of. Jonna caught this issue before we mentioned it, and she and Melissa expedited the process. They were so kind and apologetic to us. Please let them know how much we appreciate their efforts. "I took my mother there today for a mammogram. I called ahead to arrange everything and to alert the staff to the fact that she has dementia. There was obviously a communication breakdown. Most of the staff were brusque and unfriendly. They would give her quick directions and ask her for medical history when I was right there! Eventually I pretty much had to take over. Was she the first patient to be examined with dementia? One of the staff was curt to my brother because he didn't want her to get the results until we knew if she was okay. The doctor came in with the results and never introduced himself until we asked who he was. What is wrong with these people? Hopefully my mother will not need to go back. If she needs another mammogram I will definitely take her somewhere else."
