"I had an appointment for a mammogram. I have breast cancer and am disabled. Michele and Missy were my techs. They were wonderful and very helpful. Very compassionate! Adv rad should make sure all of their techs are like these two women! Thank you so much for your help."

"I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as instructed. I was called back an hour and 25 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. As my doctor only ordered an ultrasound, I was then told that was not how they practice and would have to have a mammogram, despite my doctor's order for an ultrasound. Sure enough, after experiencing the oldest mammogram machine to date and most painful I have experienced, as they bused us in and out like the humane society, I was sent to the ultrasound wing. A completely different experience. Calm, peaceful and kind. Not anything like the mammogram side. I will never return to this facility in Hartford. Nor do I recommend it to anyone. While the ultrasound department was wonderful (hence the 2 stars the negative experience as well as going against the doctor order on the mammogram side on top of being there 1 hr and 4 minutes before being seen was unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and find a different lab."

"The tech and office personnel were wonderful but I waited over an hour for a 5 min. mammogram. The waiting room was full and once we were taken to the back waiting room, the chairs were full and there weren't enough lockers. The woman who did my image said that they kept telling them that they were over booking but they wouldn't listen. Everyone waiting with me was pretty angry."

"Ms. Leah was very nice, professional and prompt. The front desk was very helpful in retrieving my referral so that I wouldn’t have to reschedule. It’s very nice to have pleasant caring staff taking care of someone at special personal times like this. Thank you to everyone that played a part in my appointments."

"Came here today for the first time, for my mammogram. Very crowded. A lady at the door checks you in, afterwards the desks calls you up to verify insurance information. Staff is pleasant and the wait was not too bad."
