"Had the worst experience here. These people have terrible and shady business practices. We went in, picked out a stone and gave them all the dimensions of our kitchen, they gave us the approximate price(we knew it could change slightly based on the measurement) we agreed and paid the deposit with a credit card. They came, measured and when we went to pay the remainder they tacked on a bunch of extra charges we were not aware of. The square footage they estimated was correct but the price rose significantly. When I questioned them the owner got aggressive and started saying that he “doesn’t need to rip people off”. We negotiated them to take off one of the adders but when I went to pay the remainder with the same credit card that I paid the deposit with they then said it was a 4% fee to use a card. Absolutely no mention of this before, they let you pay the deposit to trick you into thinking there is no credit card fee. They also tried to have me initial some changes on the blueprints that she wrote in another language. I refused to move forward with them. They won’t return the deposit so I am out the money but I refuse to give them another dime. Such bad business practices."

"Great experience. They don’t have a fancy showroom or a computer filing system but were about half the price of competition so we gave them a try. Everything turned out great though. Very professional and install was quick and painless. I highly recommend!"

"Had a good experience with kitchenrama. Walked in, found a beautiful quartz countertop. Large selection, much cheaper than everyone in the area. Friendly salesman, we told them which slab we liked and they called 2 days later to schedule an in-home measurement. They showed up on time and were able to install it about 12 days later. Installers were nice and did a good job, only small complaint is they slightly scratched a cabinet during installation. Would recommend if you're looking for nice stones at great prices. Our quartz was $39 sq/ft installed, way cheaper than even the big box stores"

"These guys are the BEST!!! Recommended to me by a friend for new countertops, I took a chance after looking at a few other places and I'm so glad I did!! Everyone was super friendly from start to finish, especially John. I'm very hands on and loved being able to walk around, ask questions, and look at the actual pieces they had available. Turnaround time was SUPER fast - two weeks start to finish. The counter installation itself went so smoothly. The guys were super careful during the whole process and kept me in the loop while they were installing - we had fun! I had ordered my own sink and they took great care not to scratch it. Everything is so PERFECT, I honestly could not be happier!!"
