"if i could rate this less then one star i would, from making the appointment to leaving was absolutely horrible. the lady had an attitude making it and seemed annoyed by my questions. then check in time they let someone just walk up in front of me when i asked where to check in and stood there. i got there early like they requested and waited over 40 minutes before i asked how much longer because 3 people who came after me went in and was done. when i asked they receptionist how much longer she looked confused then said it shouldn’t be longer, due to paperwork. i looked down and saw she still had my paperwork on a clipboard just to the side so she most likely didn’t put me in or get me registered because she was too busy talking about her personal matters with the other receptionist and joking around. then we get pulled back the ultrasound tech doesn’t speak to my husband or I just walks in the room and says if my bladder is full use the restroom. she starts and doesn’t talk say anything and is pushing super hard on my stomach. i asked her if she had to put that much pressure while doing it, she ignores me and continued the scan, after that someone knocked on the door and she let them in to ask a question which i feel like was rude because i had my belly out and pants pulled down low. i didn’t get a chance to see my baby move, face nothing so i asked before she put it away and she got really irritated and just said look there’s the baby, so i saw her for a sec then i ask if we get pictures. she says it’s broken so no, and i asked if there’s anything else we can do so i can have a picture or something to take from this appointment she gets annoyed and says fine take a pic on ur phone so i take two (a random overview and arm) then she clicks off the screen and says we can exit. over all horrible experience, i will not be returning to this facility. and on the way out i asked if i had to sign out or anything the receptionist just shakes her head no and continues her conversation with the other lady working the front desk. do not go here, again service was absolutely horrible. ruined my whole experience of seeing my baby. very disappointed."

"I recently had the pleasure of needing a procedure at Laurel radiology services. It was on or about October 5, 2023. I had to see my doctor in the same building that morning and she said I would need a chest x-ray. She told me to go downstairs and make an appointment and they would do it when they could. To my surprise as soon as I walked in, the staff at the front desk couldn’t have been more professional and friendly and efficient at assisting me. The staff quickly came to see what I was there for, they showed such positive attitudes and strong positive interpersonal skills with the patients. In addition, I was able to get my chest x-ray that day, and I only had to wait five minutes to get it done. I was so impressed with the staff at the front desk , their professionalism and their ability to meet my needs so quickly and so professionally. I would recommend anyone that needs a procedure done to absolutely feel confident that you will have a wonderful experience not only with the front desk and the women that were working there ; but also with the staff in the back who performs the chest x-ray procedure, She explained everything she was doing while she was doing it and she couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. Because I had been there before there was no paperwork to fill out, they already had all of my information, and it was a delightful experience, I didn’t have to fill out any forms or paperwork other than my permission to have the procedure. Also, they sent the results extremely quickly to my doctor so that I could start the medication I needed to begin. I’m very impressed with everyone that was there that day and I am happy to give them the highest rating that they deserve. Linda Koven."

"I initially scheduled with a different clinic but switched to Laurel Radiology because they were so much friendlier over the phone! From the scheduler to the receptionist to the doctor and assistant, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated that they told me multiple times before and during the procedure what to expect. Procedures can feel invasive and scary, but they did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. (The cloth medical gowns were a nice touch, too!) This is definitely the best medical experience I’ve had in Maryland."
