There was only one stylist, a young, seemingly inexperienced man who had to answer the phone while handling clients. I reserved a time for my grandson at 4:20, and we didn't get out until 5:30. The haircut was not great. I'm not blaming the stylist; he never should have been left alone with no other staff. Where was the manager? I don't think we'll go back."
