"I had a very nice experience with each of my grandkids - but that was last year. I just went back and it was completely different. Very poorly managed. There was only one stylist, a young, seemingly inexperienced man who had to answer the phone while handling clients. I reserved a time for my grandson at 4:20, and we didn't get out until 5:30. The haircut was not great. I'm not blaming the stylist; he never should have been left alone with no other staff. Where was the manager? I don't think we'll go back."

Lost In PA:

"I stopped in for a hair wash after a hospital stay. Dara did the wash and the comb out into a regular braid. I would normally just get a pony tail tie back, but was happily surprised at the offer. I can no longer braid my own hair and her offer without a prompt made me smile inside."
