"I cannot thank Dr. Daisy and her staff enough for helping me through a very scary time. I had been putting off my follow up mammogram for the past 4 years or so regarding a suspicious area of my left breast. When a colleague of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer I (reluctantly) went to Dr. Daisy at Charter Radiology for advice. She recommended a breast MRI for better imaging of the breast than a mammogram might provide. I was able to secure an appointment within just 3 days or so. My technologist was very knowledgeable, respectful, and calming to this claustrophobic nut case!! The exam went very easily!! Dr. Daisy called me herself with my results, reassuring me of the benign appearance/nature of my imaging. She recommended I return in 6 months for a follow up MRI and based off of my experience with Charter Radiology, I won’t go anywhere else!"

"My wife recently received an order for an MRI. The Charter Radiology Columbia branch is conveniently located near her Orthopedic Doctor so we made an appointment. On the day of her MRI we got stuck on the highway before an accident. Needless to say, we arrived late; about 15 minutes or so. The check in staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We called ahead and explained our predicament. The staff checked to see if they could accommodate us. They did! We had to wait a bit for other customers who were now ahead of us; but, the Charter staff fit us in. The entire staff were patient, friendly, and most helpful throughout the process. Sure, we don't want to be in another situation where we need an MRI, but if we do, we'll schedule it with Charter Columbia knowing how easy they made this process for us. Job well done across all the employees! Also, many special thanks to the check in receptionist with the glasses. She looked out for us and did a great job making sure we received the imaging disk! High kudos all around!"
